Mesons & Baryons (Hadrons)
IPP views hadrons as clusters of defect pairs arranged in cardinal
orientations to each other. Mesons are classified by having one or
more defect pairs in one or two cardinal directions (occasionally, in three). Baryons
have three or more defect pairs in all 3 cardinal directions. Clicking on a hadron
family on the left will present you with a listing of the individual
particles in each family. Particle details are viewed by clicking on
the particle name to the left of its thumbnail image.
